As a Program Director, Content & Personal Sessions, you will own the strategy, planning, and operational execution of one or more high-impact content programs (e.g., a signature series, themed collection, or multi-week cohort). You’ll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure each program drives member engagement, progression, and retention, while adhering to standards for quality, personalization, and measurability.
Responsibilities:
- Program Strategy & Planning
- Define program objectives, success metrics (e.g., completion rate, net promoter score, engagement lift), and launch timelines.
- Develop a data-backed roadmap for each program, aligned with member cohorts, practice stages, and retention goals.
- Establish quarterly milestones (OKRs/Rocks) and report progress to Product leadership.
- Program Execution & Operations
- Oversee end-to-end program delivery: curriculum design, teacher recruitment, production scheduling, metadata tagging, QA, launch, and iterative optimization.
- Coordinate with Product Managers, UX Designers, Engineers, and Data Analysts to embed program elements into the member journey—onboarding flows, search/discovery, goal tracking, and notifications.
- Manage program budgets, vendor relationships (e.g., production studios, freelance experts), and resource allocation to maximize ROI (engagement per dollar).
- Measurement & Optimization
- Instrument each program with A/B tests, cohort analyses, and user feedback loops to validate impact on member behavior.
- Surface and act on insights (e.g., drop-off points, content gaps) to drive continuous improvement.
- Present learnings and recommendations to senior stakeholders for scaling successful programs.
- Member Research & Trend Analysis
- Conduct member interviews, surveys, and usability tests to uncover needs and pain points specific to your program’s theme.
- Scan the market for emerging wellness formats and platform trends; pilot innovative content features that differentiate.
- 5+ years of experience managing digital content programs, either in a product, editorial, or marketing context.
- Demonstrated track record of launching and scaling multi-week or serialized content offerings that drove measurable engagement and retention.
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable with Mixpanel (or equivalent), cohort analysis, A/B testing, and interpreting behavioral data.
- Proven ability to collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data teams to integrate content into a digital product.
- Excellent project-management chops: capable of juggling multiple timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Financial acumen: skilled at building and managing program budgets, forecasting ROI, and optimizing production spend.
- Bonus: experience with personalization engines, metadata-driven discovery, or content recommendation systems.
Employment Information:
- This position is Remote in the United States
- Some travel may be required for in-person collaboration
- Compensation: $135,000 - $150,000year + equity
